BK Design will endeavor to deliver products for accepted orders to the shipping address specified in your order on or before any estimated delivery date, including those set out in the Shipping Information Page of our Web Site. BK Design does not warrant or undertake that it will do so.

All risk in the products will pass to you once the products are delivered safely to the delivery address specified in your order.

We strongly advise contacting a professional picture hanger to install your mirror with the correct fixtures for your specific wall type. As a customer you take full responsibility of making sure your mirror is secure to a wall or ground surface. We make to Australian Standards.

Prices are subject to change.

The prices displayed on our Web Site may differ from prices that are available in stores or in catalogues, and our pricing may differ from store to store. All prices quoted on this Web Site include Australian GST (where applicable).

A shipping and processing fee will apply to all shipments at BK Design products. These are in addition to the quoted price. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate BK Design for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to review detailed information about our shipping and processing fees.

Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers that we refer to as “sale” or “special offer”. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only.

Payment & Refunds/Exchanges

We do not offer refunds.

It is possible to offer exchanges in some circumstances, however this is not all cases so please choose carefully before making a purchase.

If your item is broken or damaged on arrival, you must email within 24 hours of receiving the item and advise of the damage along with photo evidence. Fail to do so, means you will take full responsibility of the item.

All prices are in $ AUD. Note: You can change the currency $ on the site to your local.

You must enter your payment details at the time you place your order. All payments are taken through an encrypted secure payment system. All prices are and payment must be made in Australian currency.

Please note that at the time of purchase, an authorisation hold will be placed on your nominated credit card's through PayPal. Once successful the payment will be deducted.

Please note: As everything is HANDMADE patterns in fabric and rope may vary slightly. We will try to endeavor the products are as similar as we can.

All shipping includes freight protection including damage and breakage.

We offer international shipping outside of Australia.

International shoppers PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for any customs tax for your country on arrival.

Shipping Prices will display once an item has been added to the shopping cart.

We ship World Wide and prices will be determined upon checkout.
